I am Suus van Kalkeren, a student in Communication and Multimedia Design. By nature, I am very empathetic, which means I am always attentive to the feelings, needs, and perspectives of others. This makes me reliable. People know that I truly listen and respond in a respectful and understanding way. It creates a strong foundation for both personal and professional relationships. My empathy also makes me a pleasant and supportive teammate. I enjoy creating an environment where everyone feels heard and valued, contributing to a positive and harmonious collaboration.
I like to first quietly observe the situation to gain a clear understanding of my role and place within a group or project. Once I feel comfortable and my position is clear, I naturally step forward. At that point, I can fully show myself and apply my qualities and skills to their fullest potential.
Challenges do not intimidate me. I work hard to achieve strong results, regardless of my starting point. I am patient and determined, and I enjoy taking the time to figure things out independently and to acquire new skills. By practicing and continuing to learn, I make sure that I keep growing and becoming stronger in what I do.
